Boholanos join the nation today to mark the 119th death anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal
A commemorative mass will be officiated by Bishop Leonardo Medroso at the St. Joseph Cathedral.
At 8:15am, a flag raising and wreath laying will be made at the foot of the Rizal monument Plaza Rizal.
Gov. Edgar Chatto will keynote the program while Vice Governor Conching Lim and Vice Mayor Jose Antonio Veloso, representing Mayor Baba Yap will deliver welcome addreses.
