In a move to cater to the growing number of diners this fiesta month of May, both Jollibee and Chowking outlets at Island City Mall extend its store hours by opening earlier at 7 am.

The early opening is a move to accommodate the throng of fiesta revelers, mostly balikbayans from other places and abroad who return home for the fiesta season. With the Integrated Bus Terminal just a stone throw away from Jollibee and Chowking, these arriving passengers love to take their breakfast meals at Jollibee and Chowking before taking aboard the buses going to their respective destinations.

Both Chowking and Jollibee at Island City Mall are open until 9 PM, the closing hour of the mall. Chowking-Island City Mall has free wifi from 7 AM to 10 AM.

Meanwhile, Chowking at Alturas Mall has also new store hours from the regular 8 AM to 9 PM, and now extended from 8 AM to 3 AM. Chowking Managing Director, Dianne Uy-Yap, said Chowking-Alturas Mall now add more color to the vibrant nightlife of the city as the said favorite Chinese cuisine fastfood restaurant is now open until 3 AM, with free wifi from 9 PM until the closing hour.

“Extending our store hours until the early morning of the following day is a way of satisfying more our valued customers and reaching out to other prospect diners, especially the night owls who always stay awake at night,” added Director Yap.

Party goers who love to hang out at night, tourists who frequent the bars and clubs, and those workaholics in the graveyard shift like doctors, nurses, and medical staff; policemen and security guards who are on a night patrol, and musicians and entertainers who earn their living at night are just some of the few expected customers at Chowking during nighttime and until early morning the following day.

Movie goers done watching the last full show of the night at Alturas Mall Screenville Cinemas, ICM Screenville Cinemas, and BQ Cinemas can also dine in at Chowking. Though there are some food outlets and establishments which are open 24 hours a day, nothing beats the best and favorite Chowking products like Lauriat, Chao Fan, Halo-Halo, etc. which are now available even past the closing mall hours until dawn.

The new Chowking store, the second outlet in the city after another one at the upper ground level of Island City Mall, is located at the lower ground level of Alturas Mall, fronting the CPG Avenue, in the heart of the city.
