Police gained another success after the arrest of an alleged big-time drug personality operating in the city.

Nabbed during a buy bust operation was Joven Puyos, 25, jobless, a resident of Habitat, barangay Bool, this city.

Seized from the suspect were a transparent cellophane,  five pieces sachets  six pieces small sachets, all containing suspected shabu, plastic tube  and a cellular phone. 

The suspect was caught with the P500 marked money which was used in the buy bust operation.

This will bring Puyos in jail with no bail since he got arrested in a buy-bust operation.

The team also brought Vincent Jumamil, 19,  Rolly Bronola, 30, Aljohn Fullido, 21,  and Clarence Fullido, 27, all residents of Bool district , this city.

PSI Albert Quilitorio led the team.

City police Chief George Vale commended his men for the arrest of the bigtime drug suspect.

Meanwhile, another armed drug personality and his alleged runner based in Tubigon fell in the hands of authorities during an early dawn raid.

A team from the municipal police of Tubigon, led by Senior Inspector Torres, arrested one Narly Jungco and a companion identified as Emmanuel Magdali during the raid at around 12:30 a m. yesterday in barangay Villanueva, Tubigon.

Items seized from Jungco’s house included five small sachet s containg white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, an Apple-type handgranade and several drug paraphernalia.
Recovered from Magdali was a caliber 22 Magnum revolver.
The police team conducted the raid based on a search warrant issued for suspected illegal possession of firearm, ammunitions and explosive sent via Xiaomi M.
