Bohol Wisdom School emerged triumphant as its teams of students in all levels surmounted the 2016 Metrobank- MTAP- DepEd Math Challenge Elimination rounds held at Dr. CecilioPutong National High School last January 14-15, 2016.
The winners namely Neji Angelo Quiroga and Rhys HywelSalise II of Grade 1; Sophia Orapa, and Rich Wayne Lorenz Siasof Grade 2; Rachel LaurycelDelosoand Ken Joshua Tan of Grade 3; Lance Albert Chiu and Helene Alexia Ibbaof Grade 4; Lorea Marie Tutor and Michael Paul Rachoof Grade 5 and JaschiaDigaland Vince Raphael Alemaniaof Grade 6 composed the BWS Elementary Teams.
Kristine Jade Tagubaand Simon Joshua Aninoof Grade 7; Bill Jesus Busacoand Irinah Han Espigaderaof Grade 8; Princess Teand Johanna May Ellorimoof Grade 9 and Ma. ChrissandraTorrefranca and Charles Buslonof Grade 10 completed the BWS High School Teams.
The success of BWS in the said feat is both a hard work of the student contestants and the coaches from the Grade School department – Ms. Fe Aparicio (Grades 1&6), Miss AnalynRoluma (Grade 2), Mrs. Fe Baylon(Grade 3), Mrs. Jann Marie Jabines(Grades 4&5) and also from the High School department –                   Mr. HermiloArbuyes (Grades 7&8), Mr. AljohnLusano (Grade 9) and Mrs. VierneEdulan (Grade 10).
All the teams from both levels are now preparing for the Division Team Finals to be held at the University of Bohol – Victoriano D. Tirol Advanced Learning Center on February 4-5, 2016.
