After making it as one of the top six finalists in Lifestyle Network’s nationwide search for its first dessert master through its reality show THE CLASH: The Search for The Next Great Dessert Master hosted by Sam Oh and mentored by the Pastry Alliance of the Philippines, Paolo Rigotti, the gorgeous & charming owner of Gelateria Milano made it in the Asia- wide search for the next big culinary personality in Asia.

Dubbed “Eat List Star, the search invited professional chefs and talented home cooks who can cook, host and possess on-screen charisma to take part in a series of thrilling online challenges. Paolo was named one of the top 20 semifinalists who were flown in to Singapore for an intense 8-day boot camp to select the finalists and eventual grand prize winner.

Contenders were evaluated based on their understanding of traditional Asian flavours, cooking techniques, and their ability to put modern twists to classic dishes. Top winners & finalists will get the chance to develop their culinary careers and land long-term media and business development contracts with Singapore- based Mediacorp.
