The First Consolidated Bank Foundation, Inc. was awarded last July 15 as the Most Distinguished Microfinance  Partner.

It was presented during the Gawad MSME Awarding Ceremonies held in Makati Shangri-La.

In behalf of the FCB Foundation the award was received by the president, Victoriana C. Ente.

More than 20 years since, First Consolidated Bank Foundation, Inc. (FCBFI) has evolved into a strong micro-finance institutionand has been a partner of the Small Business Corporation (SBC) who offer a wide range of financial services, specifically for Small and Medium Enterprises.

July 2016 marks another milestone for the Small Business Corporation as they celebrate their 25^th year of service to the country’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

As a highlight to their Anniversary Celebration, they give due honor to their distinguished partners who were instrumental in achieving their goals and targets in the past years, and FCBFI was one of the recipients of a Special Award in recognition of its partnership with SBC.

Presently, as part of its programs and services, FCBFI has established a demo farm in Corella advocating “organic farming”. It is producing naturally grown hog and chicken.

Initially FCBFI is operating an “organic” meat shop located at its office at 20 Mendoza Street, Tagbilaran City.
