Outgoing Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is in Bohol to film footages which will be used for the Miss Universe pageant night on January 30.
Wurtzbach arrived in the province at 11:30 a.m. on Monday on board a Philippine Airlines aircraft.
The reigning Miss Universe who was also with model Ashley Graham, the pageant’s backstage host, was welcomed by Governor Edgar Chatto, Vice Governor Dionisio Balite and other officials.
Wurtzbach along with some of the pageant’s organizers will reportedly travel to various areas in the province for a video shoot.
However, the organizers did not disclose which areas the reigning Miss Universe will visit for security reasons.
This is Wurtzbach’s second visit to Bohol after she was crowned Miss Universe in 2015.
