The provincial government will be purchasing heavy equipment to carry out infrastructure projects, said provincial engineer Gabino Redulla.

According to Redulla, the acquisition of a prime mover truck and backhoe was requested by the Provincial Motorpool Office.

Redulla said that prime mover truck with trailer will be used to carry and transport the crawler type backhoe.

However, the provincial engineer noted that they have been managing to implement projects such as the cementing of various roads with current heavy equipment of the provincial government.

He said that 600 kilometers of 800 kilometers of provincial roads still need to be cemented. (Rey Tutas)
