A wanted man facing two counts of rape was arrested by police on Thursday in Tagbilaran City.
Eduardo Linguez, 44, was collared by joint operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group and Tagbilaran City police in Purok 1, Barangay Dao Tagbilaran City.
Linguez, a native of Bayawanan, Sevilla, was spotted by operatives in his temporary residence in said purok in Tagbilaran CIty, police said.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Leo Moises Lison, presiding judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 3.

Linguez is held at the Tagbilaran City Police Station lock-up jail with no bail set. (WM)
