Criminal complaints have been filed yesterday against two alleged drug dealers who were arrested in separate anti-narcotics operations in Inabanga on Tuesday.
According to police, cases for violating Section 5 (sale) and Section 11 (possession) of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act were filed before the prosecutor’s office against the two men.

The arrested suspects were identified as Jesse Aparece, 42, and Roel Cepedoza, 46, both residents of Inabanga.
Suspected illegal drugs allegedly found in the possession of both men were proven to be shabu based on an analysis made by the crime laboratory of Camp Dagohoy in Tagbilaran City.

Meanwhile, a separate case for illegal gun possession is being prepared against Aparece.
In a report, police said that Aparece was caught in possession of a .45 caliber pistol when he was arrested during a drug buy-bust.

Cepedoza was also nabbed through a sting operation wherein he allegedly sold shabu to a poseur-buyer, authorities said.
The arrest against Cepedoza who is a newly identified drug personality at the provincial level was led by police operatives of the Provincial Public Safety Company. (WM)
