It was a tightly- fought competition that up to the last moments before the announcement of winners, the audience and candidates alike had to hold their breaths. In the end, it was the sweet- faced Sheena Marie Amper Licong of Anda, a BS Physical Therapy student of the University of Bohol who was crowned as Miss Silka Bohol 2017.

Prior to getting named as Bohol’s official bet for the national finals slated on November 17 in Manila, Ms. Licong was voted by fellow candidates as Miss Friendship and Best in Evening Gown.

Perlie Jeverola was named 1st RU, Sheree Ann Ciruela 2nd RU and Kaorie Villas 3rd RU. Rounding out the Top Seven were Isabielita Buslon, Shaznay Galan& Jelly Migrino.

Members of the panel of judges chaired by Tagb City First Lady Jane Yap were Miss Silka Leyte organizer Macky Macalla, CAC Senior Channel Devt Manager Reinier Corserman, Persona Mesa fine dining restaurant proprietor Marjoe Yamada, ICM Seior Marketing Officer Ritchel Mutia & STI Academic Head Jay Mar Masibay.

Pageant host was Mr. Philippines earth 2017 Carlo Roy Roslinda with the special participation of Ms Silka Philippines 3rd RU Karen Mortreaux, Miss Silka Bohol 2014 Marian Malubay & Miss Silka Bohol 2016 Cecile Mae Grupp.
