Four Boholanos passed the March 2018 Physician Licensure Examination administered earlier last month, based on the a partial list of passers from Bohol obtained by the Chronicle.
A total of 1,067 out of 1,601 examinees passed the exams, the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday last week.
The four new Boholano physicians are Dr. Jerryl Ceballos, Dr. James P. Dominguez, Dr. Earl Constantine D. Escalona and Dr. Michael D. Uy.
Uy graduated from the Cebu Doctors’ University College of Medicine while Ceballos, Dominguez and Escalona finished their medical studies at University of the Visayas Gullas College of Medicine in Cebu City.
Meanwhile, Dr. Jerald Lalaguna Pelayo of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center topped the exams with a rating of 88.17 percent.
