Balikbayans from various parts of the world will be in one party tonight at the Bohol Tropics.
The welcome dinner hosted by by the city government will have the jocks of Kiss 102.3FM to provide retro music for the party back-to-back with Center Stage Band.
Dave Fabiosa, president of the Tigum Bol-anon sa Tibuok Kalibutan” (TBTK) said he expects the party to be grand reunion of the balikbayans, not only from abroad, but also from the other provinces in the country. During the past days, several campus reunions were held in time for the Sandugo Festival.
Tomorrow, a community outreach will be conducted in Panglao where a clean-up drive will highlight the day’s kick off activity at the shoreline of the back of the Panglao Church/Plaza. In the afternoon, games will be conducted and a Foam Party at Ocean Suites in Bool district this city.
The TBTK Night will be at the Sandugo “park” near ICM where the Sandugo Food Fusion is serving several cuisine from the various participating resorts and restaurants.
On Friday, TBTK will hold its general assembly and election at 9 in the morning at Belian Hotel. In the evening will be the gala night at the Bohol Cultural Center. The newly elected TBTK officers will be inducted during the evening affair.
The balikbayans will be joining the Sandugo Kuradang Street Dancing on Saturday starting at 1 in the afternoon, according to TBTK Pres. Fabiosa.
