A Swertres bet collector allegedly lost P18,000 in cash to an armed man during a daylight highway robbery at a secluded village in Carmen on Wednesday.
According to PO2 Jayson Revillas of the Carmen Police Station, victim Ronil Quirez who was riding a motorcycle was accosted by the armed suspect in Barangay Villafuerte of said town at past 9 a.m.
