Former Tagbilaran councilor passes away

Atty. Paulino  Clarin, former dean of the HNU College of Law and former city councilor, passed away on November 19 due to old age.

He was just conferred recognition award during the first reunion of the HNU Law Alumni on April 29, 2017.

He was once president of the Philippine Councilor’s League (PCL) Bohol Chapter when he was councilor of Tagbilaran City.

He was also among the former city officials from 1966-2016 given plaques of appreciation during the Charter Day celebration of Tagbilaran City in July 2016.
