A man was fatally shot following a brawl among three brothers inside their home in Ubay on Sunday night.
Jumer Simbajon, 36, was shot dead by his younger brother Alvin Simbajon, 31, at past 4 p.m. inside their residence in Barangay Calanggaman, said Capt Joey Dicoy, chief of the Ubay Police Station.
The youngest among the three, Jonel Simbajon, also suffered a hack wound in his chest.
According to Dicoy, Jonel and Jumer figured in a heated argument which led to a fight.

Alvin then shot Jumer dead using a gun owned by the victim, said Dicoy.
