Investigators of the Corella police face a blank wall in unmasking the killer of SPO1 Rolex Tamarra who was shot dead Sunday evening.
Accorrding to PO2 Renato Sinajon of the Corella police, there are no suspects yet in the murder of Tamarra while they are clueless in the motive behind his killing.
Tamara, a resident of Brgy. Bil-isan, Panglao, was gunned down near the entrance of the Sambog Cockpit Arena in Purok 7, Sambog, Corella.
He sustained gunshot wounds to his chest and head, causing his immediate death.
Members of the Philippine National Police Scene of the Crime Operatives recovered from the possession of Tamarra a check worth 2 million pesos from Jinilda Malaay fated August 15, 2016.
The operatives also collected 12 shells from a .45 caliber firearm, a deformed slug, .38 caliber pistol, six live ammunition and belongings of the victim.
Tamarra is a member of the Provincial Public Safety Company and was part of a number of anti-illegal drugs operations. (Allen Doydora)
