There’s something more at Island City Mall as it continues to undergo renovation and upgrading to serve the customers better. After the opening of its wide and spacious Supermarket weeks ago, more shops are now open along the mall strip at the lower ground level.
Yesterday, three anchor stores — the Medicine Plus pharmacy, School + Office Depot (SOD), and the Wine Exchange  — were re-opened just in front of the Supermarket; together with the new Customer Service counter, A1 Card desk, and counters for PO Verification, Cheque Exchange, and In-House Credit Card, including mall tenants Forex and Western Union.
Mall manager, Mr. Mario F. Cirujales, said more tenants will open soon as Island City Mall continues to redefine the concept of shopping, dining, fun and entertainment in Bohol. Since it opened its doors to the public twelve years ago, the mall always looks forward to more leverages that continue to raise the bar of excellence in a sustained effort to upgrade lifestyle.
He also added that just last month the mall unveiled its new parking area at the northwing of the mall, just across the Alturas Corporate Center. With an area of 1.2 hectares, the carpark is enough to accommodate at least 350 cars at any given time.
