National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents on Wednesday night collared seven drug personalities including one minor in a sting operation conducted in a suspected drug den at Barangay Taloto, Tagbilaran CIty.
Operatives led by Bohol NBI chief Atty. Renan Oliva arrested buy-bust target and alleged drug pusher Inocencio Bondalo Jr., 58, a native of Panglao who is currently living in Zamora Rd., Tagbilaran CIty.
Confiscated from Bondalo’s possession were six packs of suspected shabu, the P-500 buy-bust money and drug paraphernalia.
The agents also arrested a 14-year-old male resident of Corella and five others who are all residents of Tagbilaran City.
They identified the suspects as Romulo Saberano, Brian Pamaong and Jennifer Morales, residents of Brgy. Cogon. Others arrested were Nancy Cagais of Poblacion 2 and Robert Cornel of Brgy. Taloto.
Members of the Department of Justice, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and media witnessed the inventory of confiscated drugs.
The rounded up suspects are detained at the NBI lock-up jail and are set to be tested for illegal drug use. (Rey Tutas)
