Members of the Bohol Provincial Board (PB) expressed grief over the death of the newly appointed director of the Bohol Technical Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Engr. Mark Anthony Ylanan.
The PB members extended their condolences to Ylanan’s family through a resolution passed during the Sangguniang Panlalawigan’s regular session Friday.
Ylanan died of cardiac arrest in Cebu on November 11.
His remains lie in state at the Ylanan’s residence at Barangay Labangon in Cebu City.
The TESDA official will be interred at the Banilad Cemetery in Cebu City at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Ylanan replaced Francisca Opog as the Bohol TESDA provincial director earlier this year.
