Two men listed as among top ten drug suspects in the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency’s (PDEA) province-wide watch list and one other companion were arrested in Tagbilaran City Tuesday dawn.
PDEA priority targets Delfin Udtohan, 50, and Ricky Geraldoy, 38, were allegedly caught in possession of shabu worth P128,000 at 2:50 a.m. during a drug buy-bust operation near their respective residences.
According to the PDEA, they spotted the two suspects’ companion identified as Edwin Udtohan selling illegal drugs in the same area prompting operatives to set up the sting operation.
Edwin then allegedly sold shabu to an undercover agent while it was Delfin and Geraldoy who handed over the drugs and received the PDEA’s marked money along Calceta Street in Barangay Cogon.
The operatives immediately arrested all three suspects who allegedly yielded shabu weighing 8 grams.
