Joseph Ingking, a 3rd year student of Bachelor of Fine Arts of the University of Bohol has made it to the finals in Category A (oil/acrylic) of the 48th Shell National Arts Student Competition. This according to Arch. German Torero, dean of the College of Architecture and Fine Arts.
Ingking will join with the other finalists during the awarding and announcement of the grand prize winners on October 20, 2015 at the Ayala Museum, Manila. It may be recalled that Joseph Ingking was chosen as guest artists during the Visayas Visual Artist Art Exhibition held in Bacolod early this year. He is the only student in the elite group of artists who participated in the arts exhibition. The exhibiting artists were screened though  a rigorous pre-selection process.
