Vice presidential timber Leni Robredo will be the keynote speaker during the observance  of the 119th birth anniversary of the late Boholano Pres. Carlos P Garcia, Bohol’s most illustrious son on Wednesday.

The days is declared as non-working holiday in the province.

Robredo will be on her first visit to Bohol since after she filed her certificate of candidacy as running mate of Liberal Party presidential standard bearer, former DILG Sec. Mar Roxas.

The invitation of Robredo is another indication of an all-out campaign for the Roxas-Robredo tandem during the 2016 elections, Bohol being an administration bailiwick.

Robredo will lead in the wreath laying ceremony at the CPG Park at 8 o’clock in the morning. A Holy Mass and a commemorative program follows at the Bohol Cultural Center at 8:30am.
