Reports say Christians are fast departing from entire regions of the Middle East and in Africa caused largely by religious hatred.
The International Society for Human Rights said, Christians are now the most persecuted faith group in the world. It is estimated that 80% of all acts of religious discrimination were against Christians.
If the trend continuous, Christianity could vanish in five years from the Arab regions. British Prime Minister Cameron said, “No believer should have to live in fear, we must stand together and fight for a world where no one is persecuted because of what they believe.â€
Meanwhile there is an attempt by the Arab side and the Palestinians, to change biblical history in Israel. Accordingly UNESCO is being an instrument in the hands of the Arabs and the Palestinians.
UNESCO passed a malicious resolution declaring Jewish holy sites as the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron, Rachel’s Tomb in Bethlehem and the Western Wall to be Muslim holy places.
The Temple Mount and the Western Wall in Jerusalem are the cornerstones of Jewish history which no one can argue. The Western Wall is the retaining wall of the plaza of the Second Temple from 2000 years ago. Traditionally Jews and those of other faiths put their prayers in the wall.
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said, “I think it’s time to tell the truth about Palestinian terrorism, it is not about the settlements, it is not about the peace process. It is about the desire to destroy the State of Israel, pure and simple.â€
