Vice presidentiable, Senator Chiz Escudero makes his final visit to Bohol today before the May 9 polls.
Sen. Escudero will be arriving at 6:15 this morning at the Tagbilaran City Airport.
From the airport, Sen. Escudero will talk to the Boholanos though a radio interview over dyRD-AM and Kiss 102.FM.
He will meet the local media during a press conference at MiraVilla Resort after the radio interview.
Sen. Escudero will likewise visit the Tagbilaran City Central Market as well as malls in the city.
The senator who is presently ranked third in the vice presidential survey commissioned by ABS-CBN at 20%. Ahead of him are Sen. Bongbong Marcos, 29% followed by Rep. Leni Robredo, 23%. Fourth placer in the survey conducted April 12-17 was Sen. Peter Alan Cayetano, 16%; former Sen. Gringo Honasa, 4% and Sen. Sonny Trillanes, 3%
A report of the Daily Inquirer stated that if Marcos withdraws from the race for whatever reason, Escudero would gain most as 33% of the Marcos’ voters named Escudero as their second choice candidate. Escudero was also the alternative candidate of 40% of Robredo’s voters and 29 % of Cayetano’s supporters.
