A man previously jailed for a robbery case ended up behind bars again following an anti-illegal drugs operation against him in the town of Lila.

Sisendo Lagrosam, 31, was apprehended by operatives of the Lila police in a raid conducted at the suspect’s home in Barangay Boncocan Ylaya in the said town.

According to Insp. Lito Rosales, Lila chief of police, Lagrosam is included in the municipal police station’s watch list of noted pushers.

The suspect reportedly conducted illegal-narcotics operations in Lila and neighboring towns including Dimiao.

Rosales said that the operatives were able to seize eight packs of suspected shabu and drug sorting paraphernalia from the alleged pusher.

Lagrosam is currently detained at the Lila police station pending the filing of formal charges against him for violating Section 11 and Section 12 of Article II of Republic Act 9165, the Dangerous Drug Act of 2002. (Willy Maestrado)
